The ePortfolio is a collection of digitized information such as knowledge, skills, competencies, training and work available on the Web. It allows third-country nationals to present their qualifications and experience in a way that can be understood by employers, education and training providers and organizations working with refugees across the EU.

The online profile of qualifications and skills for refugees is divided into the following sections:

Identifying skills and assessing them

These data can help national / regional employment services, educational institutions and other relevant sectors to identify and assess the skills and capabilities of refugees. However, ePortfolio is a self-assessment tool, i.e. it is based only on the information provided by the refugee concerned without evidence or documents supporting their recognition. It aims to facilitate the integration of refugees into education and the labor market without knowing how the information provided by employers and educational institutions will be evaluated.
